Just Thinking and Choosing
Just Thinking and Choosing is a more challenging workbook than Going On Eagerly. It continues to work on fine motor and thinking skills through a variety of exercises that require careful coloring, outlining, tracing, and cutting. Various exercises include completing pictures, using visual discrimination, following directions, coloring by number, duplicating shapes and designs, drawing missing parts, patterning, sequencing, categorizing, classifying, predicting, making inferences, identifying word associations, and much more.
Practicing helpfulness and tidiness in daily jobs, learning about health and safety, recognizing sequences of repeated shapes and pictures, finding the order of events for story pictures, understanding use of objects, grouping by similarities and analogies, and learning about God’s provision in the mountains of the world are lesson topics.

Rod and Staff writes these books, so there are lots of farming and family references. The family members are shown being polite and doing chores/helping out the family. Kids will find them to be great examples. Concise drawings and instructions provide clear directions, so you’ll never wonder what needs to be done.
Most pages include small type answers on the bottom of each page under the instructions. Just Thinking and Choosing is a good product that withstands the test of time!
