Heroes of Faith: The Hidden Treasures of Hebrews
The Heroes of Faith: The Hidden Treasures of Hebrews provides an inductive study on the book of Hebrews. Step-by-step, like an archaeologist, kids will dig and sift and sort through the lives of the heroes listed in the book of Hebrews. They will come away with truths that will help them the rest of their lives.
Each lesson – or archaeological dig – uses maps, puzzles, and memory work. It follows the heroes listed in the faith hall of fame. As kids examine the lives of these ten heroes of faith, they discover the importance of believing in God no matter what.
Lessons on the ten heroes of faith include Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Sarah, Joseph, Moses, Rahab, David, and Jesus. Within each lesson, there are layers of “digging” as in a real dig. And the deeper one goes, the more there is to be found.
Each lesson is based on the truths found in Hebrews 11:1 – 12:3. Every lesson includes deeper study of many other corresponding Scriptures. God wants us to have faith in Him and to live our lives with a complete trust in Him.
How to Have Faith and Live It Out
Hidden Treasures in Hebrews teaches kids what it means to have that faith and how to live that life.
It also guides students in beginning a lifelong habit of digging into the Scriptures to seek God’s truth. This study is scheduled daily for students to complete independently as part of the Bible Quiet Time in Revival to Revolution. Students also memorize all of Hebrews 11:1 – 12:3.
