So, so happy to be "all the way" back with HOD!

Post by Rebecca » Mon May 02, 2011 11:19 am

Just sayin' :D

There should be a LOVE image or smiley or something.

This year- I did some different things with some different students. Which the Lord totally worked for good- and I was able to seamlessly separate my two oldest children into two guides (now) and it is such a blessed fit!

Just felt like I should post on here- again- and give an encouraging shout out for how much I love this curriculum and how great a fit it is for our large family.

AND

We are expecting twin girls in July!

Such peace is found in correct placement and prayer!

That's awesome to hear, Rebecca! Someone just asked if HOD can work for large families, so your post will surely be encouraging to her. Thanks for sharing, and may God continue bless your homeschooling! :D

Thank you so much for the happy welcome back!

It is definitely such a blessing!

I would like to share that our family loves the productivity we have with HOD and I truly feel like the guide is my personal helper in so many, many, many ways!!!

It is hard to express it all in words.

When I get anxious (like I was recently doing about high school)- I just reread threads and see Carrie's heart and sincere desire for a solid Christ-centered academics, etc. and a peace washes over me. I know it is going to be okay!!

This is our first year with these beautiful student notebooks. O. My. They are amazing. I feel like that notebook is my son's personal helper! Along with the guide.

I love the HOD portfolio- and my children LOVE looking back at their work.

I could go on...

I am - like I wrote- so, so happy.

In Christ,
Rebecca
