My best suggestion regarding Singapore...
My best suggestion regarding Singapore...
is to take the Reviews seriously. Anytime you have a review take the time to make sure your child really knows this material before moving on. The textbook reviews are cumulative and the most challenging and will really let you know where your child is lacking. If they miss problems you need to pull out your old books and make sure they have the material mastered. It is critical. As my oldest is now in 6A I wish I had "caught on" to this sooner. Just thought I would share...

Great advice. We are in 1A/1B this year and have done exactly as you said so far, but it's so tempting to want to stay on track and move ahead, even if he's not ready.

Excellent advice - we're in the Reviews now - I'll keep this in mind!!!
