Figured out how to do vocabulary with my ds
Figured out how to do vocabulary with my ds
One of the activities in Preparing that I wasn't sure how my ds was going to do was the Vocabulary. It is a lot of writing for him with his weak, shaky, hands. I knew he couldn't write small enough to put it on index cards and he really doesn't even write very well on wide ruled spiral notebook paper. I figured out today, with DH's help, that I can set the size in Microsoft word at 4x6 and my ds can type his vocab. words on an index card. I made sure my printer would feed the card ok and it did. It may seem like a little thing, but to me it was another way that God is showing me that He is in all the details of this homeschool adventure we are about to start.

That is a wonderful idea. My son doesn't have a disability, so I do make him write them out...but on a day when we just need a change, that would be a wonderful way to do it! Praise God for his Provision!

I love it when dh help us out. My son had the hardest time remembering the three trails that Beyond talks about. Dh came up with the SOC trail and he instantly got it! Santa Fe, Oregon and California Trail.I figured out today, with DH's help
We should include Daddy in school all the time
Raising Arrows; Psalms 127:4
