Though I have not read it yet, I've heard great things about Pagoo - very Charlotte Masonish.

We have Pagoo and although I haven't read it yet, it looks wonderful just from flipping through it. The illustrations are absolutely beautiful. C flipped through it and can't wait to read it. I have also heard really good things about it.

We just finished the Millers and my dd and I both enjoyed it. She is 6 and it held her attention very well. She loved hearing about the missionaries and how God worked in their lives. HTH! :D

We are almost finished with If You Travelled West in a Covered Wagon. My dd-6 loves it! We also read If You Sailed on The Mayflower since they are both short books. She loved that one as well since she enjoyed learning about the Pilgrims.

I loved Pagoo, but my boys gave it a "boring!" rating. I guess it doesn't involve bloodshed or bodily functions, so it's not up to their standards.
