Is there somewhere to see year by year the changes?

Hello! It’s been awhile I’ve been away from my first homeschool love, HOD. We’ve used every guide up through WG in the past. I see lots of changes!! Any chance there’s a list somewhere that shows the changes each year or the changes to each guide over the years or something like that?
