World Geography printing

This will be our 1st year using HOD. We are doing the high school World Geography. I am wondering if any of the printing for this level will be best in color. I've glanced through the Mapping the World With Art book, and I see some color printing there, but I don't know which lessons are actually used with this curriculum. Can anyone help me with this? I am also interested in knowing the same about the other high school levels. Thanks!
