World Geography credits

Post by mendaymom » Fri Jul 29, 2016 4:06 pm

I'm working out the credits for Geography portion of this curriculum. The guide says 1 credit for geography. It seems like a lot more hours are put into this category with the spine readings (A Book of Discovery, etc.), living library & geography activities. Have any of you decided to give an extra .5 credit for the mapping activities?

The living library is supposed to be extra credit, so officially it doesn't count. I do see what you are saying though ,but I don't think there is enough mapping to make it worth half a credit. That would be at least 60 hours of work and I know my didn't do 60 hours of mapping.
