US1
Re: US1
I think Carrie has said it is a similar time table to last year which means the sample weeks won't come out until after the guide is printed which I thought was early to mid July last year. I don't know about the placement information. I'm guessing around the same time.

Re: US1
Annaz,
This is a great question! We actually shipped the very last installment of the US1 guide yesterday, so the plans are complete for US1. Many families used it all year, including my own! We had a great year with my son having some new favorite subjects.
Now, I can turn my eyes toward updating the Bible that is out-of-print for CTC (and getting CTC to press), adding the new math plans for RTR to replace the out-of-print Discovering Math (and getting RTR to press), and then getting onto my part of the catalog updates for this year.
For the catalog, I will be writing the new placement chart for US1 and describing and including samples from the US1 Guide. After the catalog goes to press, I will head back to writing the introduction, course descriptions, and grading for the US1 Guide (which for the World History Guide amounted to 50 pages). Then, that guide can go to press with a ship date in mid-late July.
At that point the placement chart, US1 samples, and intro/grading/course descriptions will be online!
We are looking forward to getting all of that information up for families to view too! Actually, if it would help, I could work with my web designer to add the first week of plans for US1 now.
Blessings,
Carrie
