What is the "extra topic" in CTC?

Post by Little Women » Fri Mar 25, 2016 4:27 pm

Res to Ref has art history. Others have a state study, composers, or nature study. What is the special topic in CtC? Is it the watercolors that go with the poetry?

Yes I would consider the watercolor painting the extra subject, or as I look at it the Charlotte Mason type study.

Watercolor is part of poetry, not history, and as Lynn said, can be an extra subject of art.
