Is there a list of things to do in each teacher's guide?

I saw a post somewhere on here where someone detailed what she did, things like getting notebooks ready, buying art paper, etc. It seemed like there were quite a few things, and I'm wondering if there is a list somewhere of "do these things before the first day," or if some of you could describe what your process is for setting up the year.

The introduction is a good place to start. Also, for most of the guides there is a getting ready post under that guide's board (Bigger and up).

I will just echo what Stephanie already said. Read the introduction, this will give you an idea of the activities you are doing and things you may need. Then check out this forum or the Facebook group for the guide(s) you are starting for other people's "set up" posts with pictures and ideas. But there are many ways to implement it, and I have seen some great ideas on this board!
