How much time would you say that YOU are spending with your child doing Preparing and CtC?

I have a child doing Preparing this year. I probably spend about 1.5 hours teaching her or reading to her each day for school. But then even with the independent items, I may spend another 15 minutes throughout the day helping her with any questions she has.

I spend about 1.5-2 hours per day with my child in PREPARING. If he is having a bad day; more.

My friend has a child in CTC and she only spends 45-60 min with her child. He is very advanced academically, so that may make a difference.

I know every child will be a little different, but I hope this gives you an idea.

I'd say I spent about 1 1/2 hours in PHFHG, and about 1 hour in CTC. HTH! :D

I agree with Julie...about 1.5 hours in Preparing last year and about 1 hour this year in CTC.

Thanks everyone! I'm coming out of my denial stage of thinking I could do a little less. :) When I do it with them, I love the interaction, it's just reality of time :)
