for placement advice? I really feel like I need to talk to an actual person. :)

Just leave a message. Mike is very good about calling back fairly quickly. I have called several times and never gotten them when I called, but I have never NOT been called within a couple hours.
I've done all the guides now with at least one child and still feeling the HOD LOVE. LOL!

I have never gotten anyone either but Mike has always called me back the same day even if it is in the evening. He has always been very helpful and patient with me too!

They called me back quickly too!
