Book coming apart

Post by thegracelife » Tue Nov 26, 2013 10:01 pm

Hi,

We are a little over half way through with LHFHG (and loving it by the way) but the teaching guide book is coming apart where it is glued. I'd like to keep it in good shape to use with my son in just a few short years. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there any kind of glue best to try to save it? Thanks so much.

I think HOD stands behind their guides and if you bought it new from them, I would contact them and see what they say. If you bought it used, they won't be able to help you. I would try super glue if nothing else.

I did buy it new, but with moving over the summer I'm sure I've lost the original receipt. I don't mind to try to fix it, I just don't want to risk making it worse!

If you bought the book from them directly, they should have record of your purchase! HOD has excellent customer service, I would contact them! :D

I had this happen with a guide before and they sent me a new one... all I had to do was send in the old one!

Really! How long is this guarantee good? I have 2 guides that are falling apart, but I've had them 5 years.

HOD always replace guides if there is a printing defect, but if they just get worn, then they don't.
