convention questions

Very much looking forward to WA homeschool convention this weekend! I am wondering if Whole packages will be available for purchase. And if so, would I only be going home with the guide, and the rest will ship to us, or, if EVERYTHING will be on hand. I know that reasonably that would be a tall order for them to travel with, but I just wanted to check ahead of time. Oh, and Cash or cards?
