HODer's in North Carolina

Post by julsoliveira » Wed Jun 05, 2013 12:26 pm

Who all lives in North Carolina? We have or new orders! We'll be moving to Jacksonville in November. I notice of intent here in WA since well be here from Sept though Oct., Then I will file a new one once we get settled in NC. We should be on CTC, and Preparing once we arrive in NC. We plan to school over the summer and then take our "summer break" over the fall while we are moving. (maybe do work on the road, but we'll see how much room we have on the car for school stuff, and who ends up being sick from reading in the car lol)

I am in the Piedmont Triad area, so a little ways from Jacksonville. We'll be doing RTR in the fall. I pray your move goes smoothly :D

Goldsboro here! Wilson is very close to me, isn't it? Is that the town with the science museum... Imagination Station (I think)? I have been wanting to take the kids there.

I'm in the Charlotte area, so pretty far from you. Still in NC though!!

It's pretty easy to homeschool here. Just school 180 days, test at the end of the year, and keep your records in case you get randomly selected for auditing! :)

I'm in Salisbury, NC (a little north of Charlotte). There are a few HODies in this area.

Anybody getting flooded out with all this rain?
