When HOD Makes A Change In Books...

I just noticed that in DITHOR level 2 that the selection for folk tale changed from Jeremy to Sammy and His Shepherd (which i think is GREAT).

Does HOD notify us on the message board when it makes changes in books like this?

I had already purchased Jeremy, but I ordered Sammy.

I had to laugh at this post. I have Jeremy, too, but as soon as I saw that there was a new book, I put it on my list for next year. I've never seen that book before, and can't wait to get it!

The only way we ever make a book change is if something we have scheduled has gone out of print. Otherwise, we keep the titles we originally selected, as they are truly excellent selections chosen with much care.

Selecting a replacement is a tough job too and one that takes me quite some time to do. I never relish a book going out of print! However, once the replacement is selected, we are always happy with it as well.

But do you tell us a change has been made?

The change is made on the website as soon as it can be coordinated with the web designer, and you can see the new books pictured in the packages. HTH!
