Grading
Hello everyone! Let me start by saying how much we love this curriculum!!! It has been such a blessing. I truly wish I had found it earlier. My son is in second grade. We are required to do report cards with letter grades. Our previous curriculum had the rubrics/grading system in place, so I just had to input the information. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to grade for Beyond?

Re: Grading
I would grade based off effort/attitude. If they get everything done with a good attitude, then that is an A. If they do things intentionally sloppy or has a slightly bad attitude (whining, for example), then that would earn a B. If it is obvious that they didn't give their best effort or complained a lot, but it got done, then that would be a C. If they refused to do it, that is an F. If it got partly done, or attitude was really bad, then D.
