Do they alteranate or is it in the back of the book?

Bigger for an 11 year old.
We are using this now. I need to add narration and reports and things for her.
How do you do this? How do you teach it?
Do you use every book and make them write about it?

Thanks

Hi,
The copy I have says Copyright 1997 , is by Calvert, and has 91 chapters. Is this the same one?
I am going to order the complete packages, but am planning to get extra copies for the kids.

Thanks

Child's History of the World

Can anyone tell me what the measurements are on these?
I got one copy that was 7" by 9 1/2" and I had one years ago that was smaller.
What size does HOD sell?

Thanks
