Re: Can WWTB be used in Res to Ref for writing?

My advice would be if she places in RTR, I'd just go with the IEW Medieval writing course that's scheduled. We absolutely loved using it with my older kids, and it fits beautifully with the content within the RTR guide. :) We're getting ready to use it again with our third child next fall. ;)

Re: Sneak Peek #1: New US2 History Guide

I am so thrilled to be seeing the new sneak peeks!!! ;)

This looks wonderful, and a very appropriate study for this stage before our children begin the next chapter of their lives. Thank you so much, Carrie, for yet another great pick!!! ;)

Re: Am I Stupid?

You're definitely NOT stupid! :) You're just a mom trying to get a handle on how it all works. I know it can be confusing at first. I do wonder though, based on what you shared about your daughter flying through RTR, if you might want to check out the placement chart again with her, and see if she m...

Re: Annotated literature books multiple students

For my oldest in WH this year, we're just using the Post-It arrow shaped flags that you can stick on the page pointing to an exact sentence or section. Then when we meet to discuss it later, he can turn to the pages with the flags on them, and remove them as we go through them. He just sticks them o...

Re: ACE Biology Question....

Thanks so much, Lynn! ;) I'm glad your son is loving the WH guide this year. That's really encouraging. Even though my ds finds the BJU dry, he's not too thrilled with the prospect of possibly starting something new this far into the school year. I know there's so many more skills taught within HOD ...

Re: ACE Biology Question....

Thanks, Lynn! :) I am thinking there's a few "Check-Up's" in each PACE, and a "Self Test" at the end....so that makes me wonder if they are omitting all the Check-Up's or just some? To further explain....we started the year with BJU World History for my 10th grader (I know, my son thought the "get-i...

ACE Biology Question....

In looking over the World History sample online, I noticed that the schedule has them omitting some pages from the ACE Biology PACE's. Are those the "Check-Up" pages, and are all of them omitted, or just some?

Thanks! ;)

Re: Any History Sneak Peeks Yet?

I haven't seen any weekly sneak peeks recently, unless I'm missing them, which could be as I haven't had much time to pop in here lately. I'm wondering if this guide will be available for the coming school year?

Any History Sneak Peeks Yet?

I haven't been checking the board too regularly just lately, as we've been super busy. ;) I'm wondering if Carrie has shared any sneak peeks on what the American History choices are yet? I'm anxious to hear what her history choices are, as we ponder our future history path. :)

Thanks! :)

Re: WG English Credit?

That does help! ;) Thank you, Carrie! :D I want to be sure that I'm recording his credits properly, as we've had to drop one of the novels due to time constraints. I'm glad to see that this won't affect his literature credit in a negative way. I appreciate your helpful response! :) Blessings, Lisa

WG English Credit?

I have a question regarding the English credit for the World Geography guide. I notice that the BJU literature is intended to be a 1/2 credit course, and the R&S grammar, and EIW composition would also be another 1/2 credit. All of these would combine to make the 1 credit for English, within the WG ...

Re: Catalogs

I'm one who'll be ordering the World History guide in February. :) Will the guidebook be ready at that time?

I've also been wondering if the next guide is still projected for the following year on schedule?

Thanks! ;)
