Re: Rod and Staff 3 or 4

O.K. I know I wrote that we had decided to go with 4, but I am jumping back in to tell you that after looking through the table of contents for both again and more closely this time, I have changed my mind. Well, I am really not sure what level we will go with to tell you the truth. I found that lev...

Re: Rod and Staff 3 or 4

I agree. I will have a 4th grader as well. We are doing Bigger so that I can teach him and his sister at the same time. We did BJU 3 last year for english and we are going to jump right into R&S 4. I think he will do fine with it because so much of it is review.

Timeline??? For those who have done Bigger and Preparing

Would this type of timeline work for HOD? We will be doing Bigger and then Preparing. I was thinking of just doing one line up our stairway wall for bigger and then starting another line when we start preparing. Or would it be better to just do it the way it is in the picture and adding to it each y...

Combining timelines from one year to the next

Has anyone done bigger and kept the timeline and then used the same timeline for preparing just adding to it? I want my kids to see how american history fits into the big picture. Is there any way to do this? I was thinking of using masking tape as a line and putting the years along it in a stair st...

What books are used in what units? (Bigger)

Is there a way to tell what books are used for which units other than just going through the guide and trying to figure it out? I can't get the whole set all at once and am going to attempt using the library and buying some books used and need to know at what point I will need each book. I know this...
