I agree with the last poster. i have two kids close together and do back to back guides. way better for us. they fit perfect intheir guides and older perfectionist brother can't compare and criticize younger sister who takes things a little slower.

i used other Burgess books b/c my son did a 2yr Kindergarten. He loved the Burgess books. we also read Blinky Bill , an Australian classic for children. it was hard to find used. might be able to read on-line, i think. Can't remember it was a couple years ago when i got it.

i can see how the high school is 4years. but i started my kids in LHFHG for Kindergarten and when doing a guide a year it comes out that the last guide would be for "11th grade". we have used Math-u-see from the start and just stuck with it since it seems to be fine with my kids.
