You can always start Bigger and get him into the routine of the guide and then add DITHOR several weeks down the road. That way it won't be so many new things all at once.

I think either option would work. If you wanted to slow it down and stretch it out, you could just do it 2-3 days a week and then as she gets older and wants more, you can do it more often.
