I will be starting Little Hands in the next week or two with my 3yod. This wil be my first time using it. I will also be starting Beyond Little Hearts with my 5yod. I am looking forward to both programs - we just finished up Little Hearts.

Each manual is a year. So next year you would move onto Beyond.

Yes this means that you will be doing two programs - each taking 3-4 hours independently. However, starting in Preparing there are activities scheduled as independent. Yes you would just continue on with two different programs. It is hard to combine when they are that far apart in ability.

Yes you can use the library for the read aloud books. The main concern is if you will finish in the amount of time that you can have the book out. For us it is 3 weeks. I was in the same position last fall. Thankfully I know have a dignosis and I am starting to improve.
