Re: Question about Writing and Lit in the WH guide
Thanks so much for your thoughts about this, Lynn. It is really helpful to have your viewpoint with having a daughter in college. I will certainly think over the points that you made.

Question about Writing and Lit in the WH guide
Carrie, after reviewing the upcoming writing for the WH guide, I see that it looks very similar to the writing that they did with the Grade 10 EIW course in the WG guide. I am wondering if there is too much repetition between the two. I know how thoroughly you research and ponder these programs and ...

Re: Sneak Peek #8: New World History Guide
I have been checking and checking for this sneak peak! I'm so excited to finally see it - however, now I have a conundrum. I had thought about doing something else with my upcoming junior next year since she won't be able to follow the whole plan for high school. I have been looking at various thing...

Living Library?
Carrie, I am dying to know if you will be including a Living Library in the new World History guide? This has been one of my favorite parts of the WG guide. Trying to put together plans for my junior next year and wondering if I need to come up with a list of books or if you will be including one in...

Re: Sneak Peek #7: New World History Guide
Ask and you shall receive! :D I have enjoyed reading about your literature plan for next year. I have researched every literature program out there, I think, and have not been able to figure out which is best. It's interesting that you are choosing not to use a pre-written literature program at all ...

Re: Sneak Peek #5: New World History Guide
Carrie, I know this year has been so tough and I just want you to know how much you are appreciated. When I think about the amount of time and thought and energy that goes into finding just the right combination of materials to put something like this together, I am just so thankful. You are really ...

Re: Sneak Peek #2: New World History Guide
Carrie, (and Julie) To be honest, I was surprised to see you here so soon after your Dad's homegoing. I was imagining myself in your place and how hard it would be for me to go about my daily business. But these words of yours brought tears to my eyes and joy to my heart as well: "this is why Julie ...

Re: How is World Geography going?
My favorite part to this guide is the Cultures and Religions study. I am seeing some wonderful fruit being produced in my dd's life as a result of reading the real life stories scheduled in this subject. I read them all myself and am changed by them. These books are amazing. I would never have known...

Thanks for your thoughts, Florence! I will definitely give this some thought as I hadn't thought about continuing on with the Physics portion as well.
