semester breakdown

Reading some earlier posts and hoping to get the books / materials broken down into semester type divisions. At this point have added my niece and nephew to our family. Re: bdget vs. thrilled w/ HOD

Considering Preparing for 9yo (completed 3rd at public school) and LHFHG fo 5yo (had late b-day and will start K this fall). Love the materials in Preparing, not sure if it may be too arduous for my 9 yo boy. Smart, but wiggly and easily distracted. Good reader, but poor writer. probably needs cursi...

Seeing a lot of 10 - 12 yr. old in preparing. my son is 9, completing 3rd grade. This year he went to what is considered to be the "best school in town". the upper class side of town. I was pleased with the school as far as public school. They used saxon math. He is a good reader, but his writing an...

comparing maths

Have been considering teaching textbooks 4 for my 9 year old who did Saxon math last year in public school. He did fairly well, but would benefit from further drills with add / sub / mult / div. not sure about Singapore, seems advanced. I thought he would like the computer aspect of the teaching tex...

Maybe because I'm not sure what the goals, and ultimate objectives, where it's going.... It seems to me that it would be ...
