Re: Some news and some questions

Yikes, I don't know. We have a 13, 10, 9, 6, 4, 2, and 6 month. I carry the 6 month old. She does not like for me to sit her down. At the end of the day I wonder how we actually accomplished anything. Also, I say use the crock pot a lot. You can cook a lot of healthy meals in a crock pot.

Beyond Little Hearts

Has anyone stretched this for a couple of year?
I would like to add some Ambleside books and some other things. This is for a 2nd and Ker.
Should I do three days of Beyond each?

Re: Question about Beyond Little Hearts...

Well, I was going to get the Yesterday's Classics edition to go with it.
Do you think it would be easy to match?

Re: Enjoying HOD, but..

Well, my plan is to do school with the little ones (using their own ancient books) while the older ones do chores. Then my oldest 3 will do CTC together. Instead of them doing it separate, I bought them each their own copy of the history and science), we will all read it together. Then my oldest dau...

Dictation works...

We use dictation for Spelling and my 13 year old(8th grader) won the 7th/8th grade for the County.
She lost the next round to go to Regional, but she did great.
She won the 7th/8th for county last year too.

Re: HOD for High School

These are all good suggestions.
What would you add to history to get a credit?

Also, which of these do you think would make a Literature credit?
