Re: What age to start Little Hands?

The one problem with starting Little Hands now is that you will have a gap before LHFHG. However, there are ways around that. You can start Little Hands now using the younger bible, devotional, and on any activities choose the younger option. Then when you get done go through it again with the older...

Bigger Week 11 Day 3 Website?

We are on Week 11 Day 3 of Bigger and for science today we were supposed to visit a birding website to learn about the thrush. The website listed is not about birds and I did a search on that site to see if maybe they had the info we were looking for and couldn't find it. Is the website still correc...

Re: Question? thinking of switching guide mid semester

I agree with what the other ladies have suggested. I would just keep moving through the guides finishing one before starting the next. I would consider doubling up though if you think she can handle it. I wouldn't stress about it though. If you are home all day and have time to get 2 days done then ...

Re: habit of attention

I don't have any answers. I only have 1 doing school but I have trouble with him keeping attention at times too. I will be following this thread for advice as well. I know there are many other women on this board who can offer suggestions.

Re: Coming back on board....again:)

I'm glad that you were able to find a doctor who is willing to work with you. I will be praying that you will find a good course of treatment and that it will be effective. Also, I'm excited for you to get to come back to HOD. We came back last year and it has been such a blessing especially now wit...

Re: Introducing...

Thanks everyone! Isaiah turned 1 month old yesterday and we are starting to settle into a routine. I'm still trying to figure out how to fit in our school work on a consistent basis. It's just been Samuel and I for over 9 years and we had a pretty good groove going with school. We were able to start...

Re: Younger guide questions! :)

Since your son is on the lower age range of the guides, I doubt that spreading them out will put him below grade level. Alot of people don't use Beyond till 2nd grade so if you think of it that way you are a year ahead. Even if you stretch them out, you will probably finish MTMM by 8th grade and the...
