The checklists are nice, if you will be using it for only one student you could go ahead or you could copy it since it would be just for your family's use. Or would it be possible to just make a handwritten copy of the parts that your students needs to check off?

We have the old version of the workbook as well to use. I was concerned that maybe the instruction or the source texts IEW used had improved or maybe the flow had changed that would benefit the student. Thanks for the input.

WG mapping as fine arts?
Our oldest will be moving into the WG guide next year for what would be considered 10th grade. Is it possible for the map drawing in WG to be counted as fine arts credit? Would adding the art history dvds need to be added for credit? Or would doing this really cause him to miss out? The art I have s...

New Medieval writing books vs. Old
It looks as if the IEW writing books for RestoRef have been updated. I have the older version from before and now my younger son will be in RestoRef this year. Should we get the newer version? Has there been a lot of change from before?
