When to start your school year when doin a 4 day school week
I'm planning to use my hod curriculum for a 4 day school week rather than 5 days. I'm wondering when to start the school year to make sure I cover the minimum requirement of 180 school days. It seems I would have to start around July to finish up the following May. Any feedback I would appreciate!

Year round schooling compatible with hod?
I'm trying to decide if we will homeschool our first year traditional like public school with summers off or do year round. Is hod written for this type of schedule or is it best to use like the public schools schedule? Would appreciate any feedback, thanks!

Re: Singapore math us editions vs standard editions
Thanks for the comments. I did talk to someone at Singapore math. They said they recommend the standards edition because it comes with a more detailed home instructors guide than the us edition, making it easier to teach. Any experience in that area?

Singapore math us editions vs standard editions
Does anyone have input regarding which Singapore edition is more recommended? I know heart of Dakota's website shows the us edition, but I am considering using the standard edition. I wonder if the daily guide/lessons will work with either?
