We are going to be using LHFHG for K. Our 5 yr old turned 5 in Feb and it just seems like a perfect fit for her. Our 7 yr old will be 8 at the end of Aug and Bigger is a perfect fit for her. I may stretch LHFHG out 2 yrs or something to make sure that she retains the wonderful books.

Thank you ladies. Yesterday was one of the worst days. I couldn't keep anything down but jello and I sucked on ice. Thank you for the thoughts and prayers. I am going to talk to hubby about getting Bigger now. Again thank you.

I understand. This pregnancy was planned...just not by us! I created a binder when my oldest was 2.5 with letters and numbers, colors, shapes, etc and she just practiced writing on a magna doodle. I will just see how it goes. She will be 3 in June. Things are just spinning in my head!

Laurie, My middle child will be 5 on Feb 6th. When we start LHFHG in August, I plan on just doing one page a day. We will do math and phonics everyday though. She can still sit in on more history and science with my oldest that will be doing Bigger. I just want her to be REALLY ready for Beyond. I t...

Now, we aren't doing Little Hearts right now. But we love the Seashore Book! It is such a wonderful book! I plan on getting the Bird and Animal books too.

New from GA

Hi everyone! My name is April. My husband and I have 3 girls (7, almost 5, and 2). We have always homeschooled. I am seriously considering LHFHG for almost 5 yr old and BHFHG for 7 yr old. Our almost 5 yr old (she will be 5 1/2 when we begin) is VERY verbal, very much into dramatics (the good and ba...
